Melt the butter, add the flour, and stir until smooth; add the milk and stir until it thickens.

Butter a baking dish and place the leftover in the bottom.

Beat the eggs until light. Add sugar, salt and pepper
- 4
Pour the white sauce over the eggs which have been beaten light.

Stir together and pour the mixture over the leftover.
- 6
Bake one hour in an oven which registers 325° to 350° F.
