First ek pan mein 2 tbsp ghee dale usme kaju fry karein then paneer golden brown karein.

Ab kaju or paneer alag plate mein nikal ke rakh de.

Bacha hua ghee dale, tej patta dale, black pepper, clove and bardi Elaichi ko dardari koot le ab isme jeera mix karein or ghee mein daal de.

Ab ginger garlic paste dale, onion dale or colour change hone tak bhune.

Ab rice dale, matar dale, red chilli powder dale, biriyani masala dale, salt dale or pani dale rice se aadha inch upar.

Ab isme paneer ke half cubes dale half bacha le.

Or ab full flame pe 1 whistle lagaye or siti na nikale.

Gas nikalne ke baad cooker khole.

Bacha hua paneer or kaju dale.

Upar se 1 spoon ghee dale

Hot serve karein.
