4 smallpotatoes
1/2 cupchopped green pepper
1/2 cupchopped onion
6 slicebread
1 cupfrozen spinach
1 tbspcreole seasoning
1 tbspitalian seasoning
1salt and pepper
2 cancream of celery
1 canblack beans
1 cupsour cream

preheat oven to 350

put potatoes in sandwich bags and heat in oven two small ones at a time for about 3:30 minutes

sautee spinach, onions, green peppers

cook turkey or beef in separate pot until brown. drain meat. season meat to your liking

mix sour cream in with black beans(drained)

create layers in a large pan starting with the potatoes that have been cooked. make sure to slice them.

add meat on top of potatoes spread evenly

put black bean mixture on top spread evenly

on top of beans put the spinach mixture on and spread evenly. add seasoning(italitan,creole,salt and pepper)

put cream of celery on top of that spread evenly. to make creamier add 2 cans instead of 1

lastly place slices of bread on top and sprinkle cheese over the bread
