First, add rice, potatoes, onion, red chilly powder, garam masala, Coriander leaves and mix well.

Maida mein half bowl pani mix kar le patla batter ready karein.

Sooji ko aise hi plate mein spread kerde.

Ab rice batter mein se big lemon ke size ki loi le or hatho se chapta kar de, sare kabab aise hi bana ke ready karein.

Oil heat hone rakh de.

Ab kabab ko pehle maida water mein dip karein or fir sooji charo taraf achhi tarah laga de.

Ab inhe deep fry karein medium flame pe, brown hone tak achhi tarah tal le.

Ready hai apke rice kabab.

Inhe aap leftover rice se bhi bana sakte hai.

Chutney or sauce ke sath serve karein.
