Groundnut seeds are full of protein and vitamins. I have prepared a simple dish yet tasty and delicious. You can munch this fried groundnuts between the two meals or at any time you like. Beetroot contains a lot of antioxidants and micronutrients , provide strength to our body.

Steps

Clean and Pressure cook groundnuts till soft. Taka a cup of grated beetroots.

Take a wok. Heat butter add mustard seeds let it crackle add chopped garlic and saute for 1 min

Add chopped curry leaves, onion, green chilli and a pinch of hing powder, fry till golden brown in low medium heat.

Now add grated beetroot,salt, haldi powder, red Chilli powder, and boiled groundnuts seeds. Fry till all the water evaporates.

Bring down from stove and garnish with roasted cumin powder and chopped coriander leaves.

Yummy and tasty fried groundnut and beetroot masala is ready to serve.
