Add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon ghee in wheat flour and knead it with the help of water (little hard).

Now heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add onions, saute for 2-3 minutes, add green chilli, saute, add all the spices, with salt, mix well. Add sprouts and mix well, turn off the gas.

Let it cool. Now take a ball of flour, roll it with the help of rolling pin on a board, apply some ghee on rolled roti, now fill the sprout mixture, cover from all the sides and roll again with light hands. Fry it on a non stick pan using less cow ghee till it turns golden brown and crispy. serve hot with chutney or sauce. A very healthy and tasty breakfast.
