Cut the chapaati into thin slices

Now take 1 tsp of oil and roast the chapaati strips for 1 minute on low flame...take out and keep a side

Now take 1 tbs of oil and Roast the potatoes on low-medium flame for 8-10 minutes...take out and keep a side

Now take remaining oil in that pan and add curry leaves and mustard seeds....stir for 1 minute

Now add Veggies and dry spices....saute for 8-10 minutes on medium-low flame....take out and mix Coriander leaves, Roasted Peanuts....keep a side

Now take a greased bakeware and make a layer of chapaati and sprinkle some sambhar masala and then make a layer of Veggie mixture and sprinkle some sambhar masala....

Now again make a layer of chapaati and sprinkle some sambhar masala and then make a layer of Veggie mixture and sprinkle some sambhar masala... spread Coriander leaves and make a layer of Cheese and place the tomato slices

Bake this at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or untill the cheese melt
