Peel off potato cut into very small pieces. Chop onion, & green chillies

Heat oil into pan. Add mustard seeds. Let it splutter. Add peanuts. Saute till brown. Add curry leaves. Saute well. Add onion. Saute it until light brown. Add potatoes & turmeric powder Stir & cover the lid. Let it cook until potatoes becomes soft.

Add chilli powder, cumin powder, salt. Stir & saute for 1 minute. Switch off gas. Let it cool completely.

Whisk curd. Add Coriander leaves.

Mix sauted veggies in curd. Mix well. Keep it in fridge for 1/2 hour. Serve chilled curd fry with Jeera rice or any parantha.
