Heat ghee in pressure cooker and cumin seeds and when it cracks add chopped onion

When the onions are light pink in color add tomatoes and all the chopped veggies salt green chilli coriander powder and turmeric powder and soybeans

Cook till the veggies are little tender

Add daliya in it and sufficient water and garam masala
- 5
Close the lid and let it cook for 3 whistle
- 6
When the pressure is released take it out garnish it with chopped coriander some lemon vedges and serve it hot
- 7
If you like you can add little ghee while serving
