Ingredients

4 servings

2large carrots, grated
2large celery sticks with leafs, finely chopped
1 blocktofu, diced
1/3 cupsalad dressing (kraft miracle whip type)
2 tablespoonavocado oil
1/2 tablespoondry parsley
1 tablespoonhawaij spice mix
to tasteFresh ground black pepper

Steps

Put all ingredients in food precessor bowl and mix till homogeneous texture.

You can add oil or salad dressing if mixture is too dry for your taste.

Serve in a sandwich on toasted bread with sprouted alfafa or clover, on crackers as a side for soup or as veggie dip.
