Sab se pehle cooker mein ghee daal kar garam karein and fir usme jeera daal kar bhune ab usme hing and haldi powder daal kar thorda chala kar daliya and moong daal (dho kar) daalen and ab usme water add karein and salt add kar ke mix karein and ab band kar ke 3-4 whistle aane par gas band krden.. Daliya is ready to eat. Very easy, healthy and tasty too.
