Egg bhurji
Steps

Heat a pan with oil add finely chopped onion it add chopped green chilli mix and saute for few minutes.

Add salt to keep stirring the onion for them to get soft and very slight golden brown colour. Add the tomato mix saute the cook for few minutes.

In a separate bowl beat the eggs add salt according to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and beat the egg mixture well.

Add the beaten egg to the cooking onion tomato mixture. Mix the egg mixture finely with the onion tomato mixture.

Cook for about 3-5 minutes on slow flame or until eggs are done.garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
