Mash khoya paneer very well. No crystals should remain.It will take 6-7 minutes. Put elaichi powder. Add amranth flour.knead nicely.add baking powder also in flour. Make equal sized balls and fry in desi ghee on medium flame.

Make syrup sugar + water till thick put some kesar threads and elaichi powder in sugar syrup.put balls and soak for 2 hrs. Eat and enjoy.
