Sprouts of mung beans are very healthy as it is a rich source of protien and fiber so here is a very tasty and healthy preparation for juniors with sprouts
Steps

Take sprouts,Spinach,ginger,garlic and green chilli in a grinder jar

Make a coarse paste of all

Take this paste in a vessel add Coriander leaves onion salt red chilli powder to it mix well

Heat oil for frying in a deep pan wet your finger take small portion of prepared mixture and give it a flat round shape

Put it in hot oil for frying fry it on medium high flame till golden and crispy.

Remove from oil after frying perfactly serve hot with sauce or chutney
