Ingredients

15 minutes
2 person
  1. 1 pkt mixed colour pasta
  2. 1 tspoil for boiling pasta
  3. 1/2 tsp 1/2 salt for boiling pasta
  4. 1onion cut in square
  5. 1bellpaper cut in square
  6. 1thin slices of carrot
  7. 1tomato skin
  8. 2 tbspmakhan
  9. 2 tbspmaida
  10. 1 glassmilk
  11. 1tomato puree
  12. 1 tspgarlic
  13. 1 tsporigano
  14. 1 tspmixed herbs
  15. 1 tspchilly flakes
  16. 1 tspblack pepper
  17. 2 tspmayonaise
  18. 2 tbspmozzarella cheese

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a vessal boil water. cook pasta till soft and drain water. wash under running water so stop the cooking process

  2. 2

    Take a kadai heat oil add all vegetables and saute on high flame. keep aside

  3. 3

    Now again take same kadai add makhan and maida. Saute till brown add milk

  4. 4

    Cook till become thick. Add tomato puree and garlic all dry masalas. Add Sauted vegetables and mayo and cheese then last add boiled pasta. Give nice mix. Enjoy hot
