Ingredients

1 cupcouscous
1 cupdiced butternut
1/2 cupdiced bacon
1/2 cupfinely chopped spinach
1/4 cupcrushed toasted almonds

Steps

Prepare couscous as per instructions on pack

Fry butternut in butter, when it is almost done add the spinach and bacon until bacon is well done (you may also add diced robot peppers)

Add fried mixture to couscous and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle crushed roasted almonds on top.
