Ingredients

  1. 4salmon fillets, around 200g each
  2. 4 clovegarlic, finely chopped
  3. 2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  4. juice of 2 limes
  5. 2 tspchipotle chilli salsa
  6. 1/4 tspground cumin
  7. 1/8 tspallspice
  8. 1/8 tspcinnamon
  9. pinchsugar
  10. to tastesalt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Put everything apart from the salmon into a bowl and stir well to combine

  2. 2

    Coat the salmon fillets with this marinade, then place them into a glass dish to absorb the flavours for 4 hours, or better overnight, in the refrigerator

  3. 3

    When ready to cook, place them on a grill pan and cook under a preheated medium grill (broiler) for 3 to 4 minutes each side - grill skin side up first

    Serve with quinoa, rice or salad
