A delicious light lunch!
Cooking Instructions

Put everything apart from the salmon into a bowl and stir well to combine
- 2
Coat the salmon fillets with this marinade, then place them into a glass dish to absorb the flavours for 4 hours, or better overnight, in the refrigerator
- 3
When ready to cook, place them on a grill pan and cook under a preheated medium grill (broiler) for 3 to 4 minutes each side - grill skin side up first
- 4
Serve with quinoa, rice or salad
