Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspmustard seed
  2. 2 tbspwhole allspice
  3. 2 tspcoriander seed
  4. 2 tspwhole cloves
  5. 1 tbspcrushed red pepper
  6. 1/2 tbspmixed peppercorns
  7. 1 tspground ginger
  8. 2crushed bay leaves
  9. 1cinnamon stick

  1. 1

    mix all ingredients together except cinnamon stick and peppercorns

  2. 2

    crush peppercorns with mallet and also cinnamon stick then add to mixture

  3. 3

    store in a air tight container
