Lemon Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  1. 2 largeSalmon Filets
  2. 1 largelemon
  3. 1/2 cupwhite wine
  4. 1salt &pepper to taste
  5. 1/2 cupchopped fresh parsley
  6. 1 tbspor 2 clives chopped garlic
  7. 1/2 stickbutter sliced
  8. 2layer of foil enough to wrap around and seal on top

Cooking Instructions

    preheat grill

  2. 2

    lightly spray foil

  3. 3

    lay salmon on foil & bring the sides up so liquid doesn't pour out

  4. 4

    pour wine over salmon

  5. 5

    slice middle of lemon and deseed

  6. 6

    use ends and squeeze juice evenly over salmon

  7. 7

    salt and pepper

  8. 8

    place lemon slices on salmon

  9. 9

    sprinkle with parsley and garlic and fold and seal foil

  10. 10

    grill 10-20 MIBs checking periodically for doneness. Remove when salmon is pink and flake, enjoy! So delicious and healthy too.

Used lemon pepper, butter and natures seasoning with the blue cap. Not bad but I'm not much of a lemon pepper fan. The family loved it. I also used olive oil prior to applying the seasoning and grilled it. :-)
