Combine all of the ingrediants in a nonreactive bowl, and blend well. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one month. Simmer all of the ingrediants in a saucepan if you like for 30 minutes.

I have omitted salt from this recipe. I have never tried Stevia for the sweetener thus giving you a sugar-free/sodium-free ketchup.
