Preheat oven to 350°F

Whisk all egg ingredients together in medium bowl. (rosemary will float on top)

Grease a 9" diameter, 2" deep baking pan with olive oil.

Arrange and layer veggies in pan. start with leaf spinach and tomatoes, then broccoli, then pepper, then sprinkle chopped spinach, and finally cheese.

Slowly pour egg mixture evenly around over top of veggies and cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 45-60 min, until egg completely cooked in centre
