Corn spinach parcels

First make parcel batter In a bowl add besan, maida, haldi, salt and chill powder. make batter with water and rest for 15 minutes

Take a pan heat 1 tsp oil add jeera saute a while add adruk, chilles, spinach, corn, paneer and roast till water evaporate add salt. mix it well and keep aside

Take makhan in same pan add maida. roast it add grated tomato and cook for 5 minutes more. Now add milk and roasted veggies. mix well. Add little salt, black pepper, chilly powder. Cook it till thick

Take dosa pan put a ladder full batter and spread evenly from all sides

Cut a radius pout 1 tbsp mixture and fold like samosa

Serve hot with imly chutney... happy cooking
