Ingredients

4 servings
  1. To make paste for gravy/sauce:
  2. 2 Tbspoil
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 1 tspgarlic paste
  5. 1 cupchopped onion
  6. 1 cupchopped tomato
  7. 3/4 cupgrated coconut
  8. To make gravy/sauce (Kat in Marathi)
  9. 3 Tbspoil
  10. Spice Paste (as above)
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 tspred chilli paste
  13. 1 tspgaram masala
  14. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  15. 1 tspcumin-coriander powder
  16. 1/2 tspcinnamon & clove powder
  17. 3 cupswater (or as required to adjust the consistency)
  18. To make usal:
  19. 3 Tbspoil
  20. 1 tspgarlic paste
  21. 1 tspginger paste
  22. 1/2 tsphing (asafoetida)
  23. 1 1/2 cupssteamed matki (moth) soaked overnight
  24. 1 cupboiled potato (cut into square pieces)
  25. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  26. 1 tspgaram masala
  27. 1/2 tspcinnamon-clove powder
  28. 1lime juice
  29. 3 cupswater (or as required)
  30. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Rinse the mixed sporuts.

  2. 2

    Washed with water.in pressure cooker it with whistel 3

  3. 3

    Make gravy with alll gravy material with grinding to gether.

  4. 4

    In pan add oiladd mustard seeds asafoetida cumine seeds.

  5. 5

    Then add gravy puri.stir it until it removes oils from edges of kadai.

  6. 6

    Then add all specie and mix nicely

  7. 7

    Lastely add boiled sprouts. Mix it all spice.

  8. 8

    Add salt mix properly.

  9. 9

    Serve hot misal with pav.
