Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except sugar & lime juice, stir to combine. Added enough sugar to make ít sweet as you want, & add enough lime juice to make ít tart as u want. I like full amount of both , makes for unbelievably AWSOME flavor!

Enjoy right away, or let sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours, or even over'night to allow flavors to marry together.

I stuffed this in a whole wheat taco shell, added homemade guacamole, & some shredded cheddar cheese, & oh my Gawd, soooo good! Or, use as a dip! Enjoy!

16 net carbsRecipe from Weight Watchers New Complete CookbookLove to experiment with this one. I used pinto beans since I was out of black beans. Also had to use dried cilatro. I prefer to use a sugar substitute as well. This is also good with fresh pineapple instead of mangoes, much sweeter!

I love this I can't stay out of it !! Note I recently just made this again and had a craving for tacos but had no taco meat so I warmed up some of the black bean corn salsa and put it in to hard taco shells and topped it with sour cream, shredded White cheddar cheese and some shredded lettuce. 😁
