Ingredients

  • 1 cupPork Sausage or turkey sausage
  • 4egg beaten
  • 1 packages(7.5 ounces) refrigerated biscuits (10 count)
  • 1/2 cup(2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cupchopped mushrooms and spinach
  • 1any veggies you like in an omelet

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook and stir sausage, veggies and eggs in a large skillet over medium heat until eggs are scrambled and set.

  2. 2

    Flatten each biscuit and place into a greased muffin tin covering bottom and sides forming a cup.

  3. 3

    Spoon sausage, veggie and egg mixture evenly into cups. Sprinkle with cheese.

  4. 4

    Bake for 15 minutes or until edges of biscuit are golden brown. Serve immediately
