Steps

Add 1 tsp refined oil in wheat flour, add salt to taste and make a fine dough with the help of water. Take all the ingredients and mix well.

Now take a small ball of dough and make roti with the help of rolling pin, apply ghee on it, place a small ball of potato mixture, cover it from all sides and roll again with light hands.

Fry it on a non stick pan with ghee/refined oil till golden brown. serve hot with veg raita and green chutney.
