Potato ko boil kar le.

Ek bowl me besan aur rice flour mix karein.

Ab salt, haldi. chilly powder, chaat masala mix karein water daal kar batter bana le.

Ab boil potato ko mash kar le aur salt, dry mango powder, thodha chaat masala mix karein.

Mirchi ko beech se cheera lagaye but poora half na karein only stuffing bharne ke liye.

Ab mashed potato ko mirchi me bhare jitna aa sakta utna hi varna mirchi fat jayegi.

Ab besan ke batter me stuffed mirchi dip karein aur besan me lapete.

Kadhai me oil garam karein aur mirchi ko fry kar le golden brown hone tak aur crispy hone tak.

Ab napkin paper me nikaal le.

Jab sabhi mirchi ready ho jaye tab ek bowl me set karein.

Ab peanuts ko fry kar le aur curry leaves bhi fry kar le.

Ab mirchi ke upper fry peanuts daal kar anaar ke daane daale.

Ab chaat masala. chilly powder,black salt sprinkle karein.

Lemon juice daale aur curry leaves crushed karke daale.

Jab bhi chatpata khaane ka man ho to stuffed mirchi chaat banaye. Salt ka dhayan rakhe kyuki chaat masala bhi istemaal kiya hai.

Agar marzi hai to sweet chutney, green chutney se garnish kar sakte hai.
