Wash & soak Sabudana in double the water. Rest for 1 hour. Remove excess water. Then keep it 5-6 hours.

Heat oil/ghee in wok/Kadhai. Add cumin seeds. When it splutter add Roasted peanuts. Saute it for few seconds. Add sesame seeds, green chillies and potatoes. Mix well. Cover it with lid. Cook it on slow flame for 5 minutes. Once potatoes tendered.

Add Sabudana, rock salt & black pepper. Saute well. Cover it on slow flame for 4-5 minutes. Now add lemon juice. Mix properly. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with curd.
