Dry roast the almonds, add flaxseeds, when it start roasting, add oats and curry leaves.

Roast for 2 mins. Add to the grinder, and make a fine powder. Add wheat flour, 25 gm ghee, melted jaggery, amla, Cardamom Powder and grind well. Add sesame seed and water (if needed) and make a dough, keep aside for 15- 20 mins.

Now roll it on the chopping board and cut into desired shape. Preheat the oven at 170°;C. Prick the crackers with the fork and bake for 7-8 mins. Flip the crackers after 5 mins.

When it turns golden, take out from the oven and let it cool. Sprinkle some sesame seed and serve.
