  • 15 ozcan of whole potatoes
  • 3 largeeggs
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 1/4 cupfrozen green peas
  • 1 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tspground turmeric
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to wok, Slice the potatoes add to wok with onions

    Add spices stir fry cook till potatoes are crispy golden add egg scramble I pushed potatoes to side of wok and and cooked the eggs most of the way then stirred all together

    Remove from heat add the peas still frozen add cheese so yummy hope you enjoy
