Ingredients

  1. 1 lbPork neck bones
  2. 2 pieceEggplants
  3. 1 mediumRadish
  4. 5 pieceOkra
  5. 3 pieceTomato
  6. 3 pieceGreen chili
  7. 1 packagesSinigang sa gabi mix
  8. 4 pieceTaro
  9. 3 cupWater spinach (kangkong)
  10. 1 mediumOnion, sliced
  11. 3 clovegarlic
  12. 2 tbspFish sauce
  13. 6 cupwater
  14. 2 tbspCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a cooking pot with cooking oil.

  2. 2

    Sauté garlic and onion

  3. 3

    Add pork and fish sauce

  4. 4

    Pour water and bring to boil

  6. 6

    Add tomatoes and simmer for 40-50 minutes

  7. 7

    Add the sinigang sa gabi mix, green chili, radish, taro and simmer for 8-10 min.

  8. 8

    Put okra and eggplant then simmer for 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Put water spinach and stir, turn off the heat and just leave it for 5 minutes

  10. 10

    Voilà enjoy your hot sinigang na buto-buto sa gabi
