Ingredients

  1. Seafood
  2. 2 dozenLittlenecks Clams
  3. 2 lbP.E.I. Mussels, scrubbed, beard removed
  4. 1 lbU-8 Sea Scallops
  5. 1 lb15-20 Jumbo Shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails on
  6. 43 - 4 oz. Lobster Tails
  7. 4 pieceSweet White Corn on the Cob Shucked
  8. 4each Italian Sausage (Sweet or Hot)
  9. 1 lbFingerling Potatoes
  10. 1large Onion, Chopped
  11. 1 cupPinot Grigio Wine
  12. 5Fresh Chopped Basil Leaves
  13. 2 stickButter, cut into 1/4
  14. 10 cloveChopped Garlic
  15. Sea Salt
  16. 2Lemons

Steps

  1. 1

    Scrub the Clams & Mussels to remove any Sandy Grit & Rinse off the Potatoes.

  2. 2

    Place the Sausage, Potatoes, Corn, Clams & Mussels in a Large Roasting Pan.

  3. 3

    Then place Lobster Tails, Shrimp & Scallops on Top of the Clams & Mussels.

  4. 4

    Add the Wine, Butter, Lemon Juice

  5. 5

    Place Roasting Pan in the Oven or on the Grill & Bake till all of the Clams & Mussels are Open.
