Ingredients

  1. 15 oz(can) pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
  2. 16 ozalmond milk (sugar free)
  3. 1 tspground cinnamon
  4. 1/4 tspground nutmeg
  5. 1/4 tspground ginger (or 1" ginger root)
  6. 2scoops protein powder (vanilla works best)
  7. 2-4 pieces of ice (consistency)

Cooking Instructions

    Pour almond milk into blender followed by the pure pumpkin.

    Next pour in dry ingredients.

    Lastly add your preferred amount of ice cubes.

  4. 4

    Blend until desired consistency is reached.
