15 oz(can) pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
16 ozalmond milk (sugar free)
1 tspground cinnamon
1/4 tspground nutmeg
1/4 tspground ginger (or 1" ginger root)
2scoops protein powder (vanilla works best)
2-4 pieces of ice (consistency)

Pour almond milk into blender followed by the pure pumpkin.

Next pour in dry ingredients.

Lastly add your preferred amount of ice cubes.

Blend until desired consistency is reached.
