  2. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1 tspvanilla extract
  4. 2extra-large eggs
  5. 2 cuppeanut butter
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 3 cupall-purpose flour
  8. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 1/2 cupjam
  10. 2/3 cuppeanuts,chopped

    preheat oven to 350°F

    in the bowl of an electric nixer fitted with the paddle attachment, crean

    grease a 9x13x2 inch pan.line it with parchment paper grease and flour the pan.

    in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment,cream butter and sugar until light yellow, about 2 minutes. add the vanilla, eggs, peanut butter and mix until all ingredients are combined

    in small bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. with the mixer on low speed, slowly add peanut butter mixture. mix just until combined. spread 2-3 of the dough into the prepared pan and spread over the bottom with a knife or off ser

    set spatula. spread jam evenly over the dough. drop small globs of remaining of dough evenly over the jam. don't worry if all the jam isn't covered. it will spread in the oven. sprinkle with chopped peanut and bake for 45 minutes. cool and cut into squares.
