We love our sweet treats and fruit is a yummy natural sweet way to have a pie . :-) .
Steps

Peel and core the pears and cut them into quarters them drizzle with a little lemon juice .

In a small saucepan , on high heat , add the water , white sugar and the brown sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved . Bring to the boil and boil for a minute then turn heat down to simmer .

Once liquid is simmering , add the pear quarters and cook , simmering , for about 5-8 minutes or until just tender , remove pears from the liquid and set aside to cool . Once pears have cooled , slice them thinly .

Leaving the liquid syrup to simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until liquid is reduced dramatically and syrup has thickened , remove from heat then drizzle a little over the cooked sliced pears and leave to cool . Leave remaining syrup to cool until needed again .

Peel and core the apples then cut them into quarters and drizzle with a little lemon juice and set aside till needed

In a small saucepan , over high heat , add 2 cups of water along with 1/2 cup of white sugar along with 1/2 cup of brown sugar along with the cinnamon stick and the cloves and stir till sugar is dissolved then bring to the boil and boil for a minute then turn heat down to simmer and add apple quarters and simmer for about 8-10 minutes or until just tender .

Once tender remove the apples from the heat and set aside to cool , once cooled slice the apple quarters thinly and drizzle with a little of the prepared syrup from the pears and set aside to cool completely until needed .

Destalk the strawberries and then thinly slice and drizzle with a little lemon juice and set aside till needed

Preheat the oven to 190°C . Lightly grease 6 pie flan tins , them sprinkle with sugar to coat them before filling them .

Using the pastry sheets , cut out 6 bases to fit you pie flans and cut out 6 lids to fit tops .

Carefully mould the prepared pastry discs into the prepared pie flans and set aside to fill .

Taking the prepared cooked , cooled pears and evenly spoon them into two of the pie pastry cases and add a little extra reduced syrup , them place a pastry lid ontop and press the pastry together to seal . And dust with a little cocoa powder to the sealed lid .

Taking the cooked , cooled apples evenly spoon them into two of the pie pastry cases , then place one of the sliced up strawberries , per pie case , ontop of the apples in the pastry cases and then add a little extra reduced syrup to the top , then place a pastry lid ontop and press the pastry together to seal . And dust with a little cocoa powder to the top sealed lid .

Taking the other 8-10 slice up strawberries and evenly spoon them into the last two pastry cases , then sprinkle with the teaspoon of cocoa powder , them place the lids ontop and press the pastry together to seal . And finally dust with a little cocoa powder to the top pastry lid .

Place prepared filled pies into the Preheated oven and cool for 30-35 minutes or until golden . Once cooked remove from heat and let cool slightly before removing them from the pie tins .

Once cooled slightly remove from pie tins and either serve hot with toppings of your choice , or let cool completely and serve with toppings of your choice . Enjoy . :-) .
