Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcorn maize
  2. 1 cupbeans
  3. 2 largetomatoes
  4. 1 largeonion, chopped
  5. 1 largeground cinnamon,black paper
  6. 1 mediumgarlic clove
  7. 1 pinchsalt to taste
  8. 1green paper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the maize corn

  2. 2

    Add cooked beans

  3. 3

    Fry the onions, mix all the other ingredients let it cook for 5minutes

  4. 4

    Add the mixture of maize corn nd beans allow it to simmer

  5. 5

    Then serve it while hot
