1 cupbeans
2 largetomatoes
1 largeonion, chopped
1 largeground cinnamon,black paper
1 mediumgarlic clove
1 pinchsalt to taste
1green paper

Fry the onions, mix all the other ingredients let it cook for 5minutes

Add the mixture of maize corn nd beans allow it to simmer

Then serve it while hot
