This soup is one of my best.when cooking it no need to hurry.
Steps

Boil cocoyam for 40mins.make sure is boiled very well.

Boil meat with stockfish for 30mins.

Pound cocoyam with mortar very well.peel the back before pounding.

Add more water and palmoil to the already boiled meat and stocked fish.

Allow it to boil for 10mins or more.

Make balls of the cocoyam and add to the soup.

Boil for 15mins.by now the soup will be thick a bit.

Sprinkle ofo inside the soup.boil for another 5mins.

Wash dry fish with warm water and salt.

Add crayfish,pepper,Maggi,salt and uziza seed and dry fish.

Boil for at least 10mins.

Wash and cut oha leaf.note that oha leaf is cut with hand not knife.

Pour inside the soup.boil for 2mins and put off the heat.soup is ready.
