Ingredients

  • 1cooking apple
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspooncinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and core the apple

  2. 2

    Cut the apple into smallish cubes

  3. 3

    Add to a pan with a splash of water and the sugar and cinnamon

  4. 4

    Heat on the hob gently for 5 minutes or so

  5. 5

    It's cooked when the apple is soft but not still maintains some texture and shape
