garlic
1garlic, onion, ginge, shiitake mushroom, broccolli, salt/pepper, oil, sesame oil(optional)

Saute' ginger, garlic and onion in oil.

Add shiitake mushroom. Stir well then add shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.

When shrimp turns pink add the broccolli. Sprinkle with sesame oil. Serve hot.
