Sophie's fruity "yoghurt" - soy free and vegan

Sophie's fruity "yoghurt" - soy free and vegan
Steps
- 1
It's really quite simple - pop it all in a blender, or use a hand blender, and blitz it until smooth. Serve cold (I like to keep my fruit in the fridge before hand), and if desired, top with fruit.
- 2
Enjoy!
- 3
NB: this will work with pretty much anything. Try swapping the blueberries and pineapple for strawberries and add a touch of vanilla essence! Or, how about using canned peaches? These are wetter, so use less milk alternative to keep the texture like that of yogurt.
- 4
Fancy a milkshake instead? Make exactly the same way and add another cup of milk alternative right at the end. Blend for a moment more to mix it and slurp!
