i saw this recipe here on cookpad and decided to try it. As it turns out i did a really good job at it because my sister really appreciated it and could not help but ask for more. Thanks to all who are going to view it and i hope you get to try it to and enjoy.

Boil 2cups water for the rice.

Add rice, cooking oil and salt to the boiled water. Prepare ingredients as the rice cooks

When the rice is cooked uncover and set aside.

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

After a minute add capsicum as you stir.

Add tomatoea and cover as they soften
- 7
After2-3minutes add ndengu and dhania as you stir.

Add a little water and the royco cube as you stir.

Mix royco and ½cup water and add to the ndengu.
- 10
Add salt and cover for 5-7minutes then turn off heat and serve. garnish with remaining dhania and bananas.
