Dry aalu sabzi with crispy kachori

Transfer wheat flour in a mixing bowl add enough water,make a dough.

Rest for 1/2 hour.

Now take 2-3 tsp dough add salt,red chilli powder and fennel powder in a dough and mix well.

Now roll the plain dough as a puri,fill with this masala dough and now roll a big size puri.

Heal oil in a wok, add masala puri in oil and deep fry on low flame.

Till the crispy of the puri.

Now wash the potatoes and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a cooker,add green chilli,turmeric powder and ginger saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add all dry spices and potatoes add water.take 2 whistle.

Now add dry mango powder, garam masala and green coriander and mix well.

Serve hot with crispy kachori,raita.
