Steps

Wash the mutton marinate with papaya paste for at least 4 hrs.

Heat a pan add oil.put the whole chilli,garam masala and bay leaf.

Fry the sliced onions till it becomes brown.Now add the mutton and saute till it starts to change colour.

Now add 1table spoon ginger garlic paste,salt to taste and saute.

Add one cup hot water and cover it.keep the flame low and allow the mutton to tender

Now mix the remaining ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,jeera dhaniya powder in the tea liquor.

Heat another pan add oil fry the mixture well.

Add it with the mutton mix well and cover for a while.

Sprinkle garam marsala powder and ghee.

Serve it hot with rice or any kind of roti chapati or paratha.
