Steps

Cut guar phali & potatoes. Wash 2-3 times. Boil it in pressure cooker until one whistle.

Drain excess water

Roast Besan in Kadhai till it turns in golden

Heat oil in a wok. Add onion slices. Saute it until translucent.

Assemble all spices. Mix with roasted Besan.

Add Boiled guar phali in onion. Saute well for 2-3 minutes. Add besan & all spices. Mix all properly. Cover the lid. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Flame should be low.

Now switch off gas. Besan wali guar phali is ready to serve. Serve with roti or parantha
