Soak moong daal for half an hour. Later pressure cook it with 1-1/2 cup water.

Now in sauce pan heat ghee. When ghee is heated, add mohri. Once it cracked open, add jeera, crushed garlic, curry leaves and green chilli.

Now add daal in it. With some more water add turmeric and hing.. add salt as well. And bring it to boil.

Later add jaggery and let it melt. And switch of the flame. Serve it with some more ghee on top. Garnish it with coriander.
