  9. 30 mlOil:
  10. 2Green Chillies:
  11. For Cafreal masala
  12. 50 gmCoriander leaves:
  13. 20 gmMint leaves:
  14. 20 gmGinger:
  15. 6-7– Flakes of Garlic:
  16. 1 tea spoonPoppy seeds:
  17. 7Peppercorns:
  18. Cinnamon: 1 Small piece
  19. 1 TablespoonCumin:
  20. 3-4Cloves:
  21. 1/4 Teaspoon– Turmeric:
  22. 30 ml– Goan toddy vinegar:
  23. to taste– Salt
  24. For Balchao Masala
  25. 10– Kashmiri Chillies:
  26. 20 gmGinger:
  27. 1 TeaspoonCumin:
  28. Cinnamon: 1 small piece
  29. 3-4Cloves:
  30. 6-7– Flakes Garlic:
  31. 1/2 Teaspoon– Turmeric powder:
  32. 1 tablespoon– Sugar:
  33. – Goan toddy Vinegar: 100 ml (around)
  34. to taste– Salt
