Soak chawal and sabu dana for 3 hour atleast

Blend soaked chawal with sugar with enough water

Take out in a bowl... add rest of ingredients and 1 cup water. Remember we need water consistency of batter

Heat dosa tawa sprinkle 2-3 drops of oil and clean with tissue papar. when tawa is superbly hot sprinkle batter like neer dosa. Brush the oil over the dosa and cook till crysp. Flip other side and crysp for 2 minutes

Serve with coconut chutney and imly chutney
