  1. 1/2 kgany fish you wish but sea fish recommended
  2. 6lemon
  3. 3 largered chillies
  4. 1 bunchcelery
  5. 4 smallonions
  6. 1 cupketchup
  7. 2tomatoes

  1. 1

    prepare the sauce: slice the onions, the red big chilli, the celery, squeeze the lemon, the tomatoes, mix them all with the ketchup

  2. 2

    fry the fish until very dry and crunchy

  3. 3

    pour the sauce onto the fish. enjoy!
