  • 12 ozcooked chopped spinach
  • 1Orange Pepper
  • 1lemon
  • 1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 1salt & pepper to taste

    rinse off the chickpeas & finely dice the pepper & combine all the ingredients in a bowl & squeeze the juice of the lemon & salt & pepper to taste & mix well & serve
